Janitorial work is the backbone of every contract we hold. We build a scope around how your building actually gets used, then assign a crew that returns to the same site on the same schedule so they learn where the problems are before you have to report them.
A typical scope covers restrooms, breakrooms, entryways, common areas, trash and recycling, and hard-floor and carpet upkeep. Frequency is set per area rather than per building, because a lobby in a Tampa office tower and a back stairwell do not need the same attention.
Every site gets a written scope, a documented inspection schedule, and one contact at 360 Property Plus who is accountable for it. When something is missed, you tell one person and it gets corrected on the next visit.
Common questions
Do you clean after hours?
Most janitorial contracts run after your close, between 6pm and 5am. Day-time coverage is available where a building needs a visible presence during business hours.
Are your crews background checked?
Yes. Every worker assigned to your building is screened and carries identification. For medical, financial, and school sites we run the additional checks those industries require.
What happens if the assigned crew is unavailable?
We staff regional backup so coverage does not lapse. You are notified when a substitute crew is on site.
