Electrostatic Spraying

An electrostatic sprayer puts a positive charge on the disinfectant as it leaves the nozzle. Surfaces in a building carry a negative charge, so the droplets are pulled toward them and wrap around the sides and undersides of what they land on rather than settling only on the top face.

That matters in rooms full of awkward geometry. Classroom desks and chair frames, gym equipment, waiting room seating, locker rooms, and a floor of shared keyboards and phones can all be wiped by hand, but the labour hours make it something a building does once rather than on a schedule.

Electrostatic spraying is a delivery method, not a replacement for cleaning. Soil is removed first, the product is applied at the correct rate, and dwell time is observed before the space is returned to use. We log which rooms were treated and when, so you have the record if an inspector or an insurer asks.

Most clients schedule it after a reported illness, through the back-to-school and flu months, and on any site large enough that hand disinfection of every touch point is not realistic.
