Workplace Wellness

Most facilities already pay for cleaning. Workplace wellness is the layer above it: which surfaces get attention between visits, where hand hygiene actually sits, and how fast the building responds when someone comes in sick.

We map the touch points that carry the most traffic, including door hardware, elevator panels, handrails, shared kitchen equipment, badge readers, and conference room controls, then set a frequency per point rather than per room. A lobby door handle and a fourth-floor stairwell rail do not need the same interval.

Hand hygiene is placed rather than scattered. Dispensers go at entries, outside restrooms, and beside shared equipment, and they are restocked on the service visit. An empty dispenser is worse than no dispenser, because people stop checking.

Florida occupancy is seasonal in a way that matters here. Snowbird months, tourist season, and the back-to-school stretch each move a different volume of people through a building, so we review frequency at least twice a year instead of fixing it once at signing.
