Construction Cleaning

Construction cleaning runs in phases and getting the sequence wrong means paying to clean the same space twice. We schedule against the build calendar rather than a fixed date.

Rough clean clears debris and keeps the site workable during construction. Final clean handles the detailed work before handover: dust removal from every surface, window and glass cleaning, fixture and hardware polishing, floor finishing, and adhesive and label removal. Touch-up clean follows punch list corrections immediately before occupancy.

We coordinate directly with the general contractor and can carry the required insurance and site safety documentation for the project.
