Mold Remediation
Licensed Florida mold assessment and remediation, with containment, removal, and correction of the moisture source.
Fix the moisture or you will do this again.
Florida licenses mold assessors and remediators separately for a reason, and any remediation that does not identify and correct the moisture source is temporary.
We begin with assessment to establish the extent and the cause, then set containment and negative air, remove affected materials, treat and clean the cavity, and coordinate the repair that stops the water. Post-remediation verification confirms the work before containment comes down.
Common sources in Florida commercial buildings are clogged HVAC condensate lines, undersized or short-cycling air conditioning that never dehumidifies, roof and window flashing failures, and slow supply line leaks inside walls. We look for all of them rather than treating the visible growth alone.
Common questions
Are you licensed for mold work in Florida?
Yes. Assessment and remediation are performed under Florida mold licensing, and we keep assessment and remediation appropriately separated.
Will the mold come back?
Not if the moisture source is corrected. Remediation without that correction is why buildings repeat the work, so source repair is part of our scope.
